seas 6 to 9 ft expected.

* WHERE...Southeast North Carolina and Northeast South Carolina
coastal waters.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 6 AM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
